Hello There!

Greetings, lovely souls! I'm Paola Marques de Souza Junqueira Franco—yes, my name is quite the mouthful! Originally from Brazil, I've been calling the USA home for about 22 years now. A hopeless (albeit skeptical) romantic, I'm a dreamer, a lover, and, dare I say it, a bit of a sinner. Music is my love language; I often joke that I speak in lyrics.

I'm an overthinker, an over communicator, and some might even say I'm a tad intense. Challenges fuel me, although I've learned to prioritize my peace over stubborn persistence. I'm a firm believer in the law of attraction and the power of manifestation. Changing your thoughts can truly change your life—a lesson I've learned firsthand. Once a self-proclaimed "Control Freak," I've come to accept that control is often just an illusion; our choices, however, are very real.

In addition to being a proud mama to my beautiful daughter, Dahlia Rose, I'm also a devoted fur parent to Dolce Marie. By day, I'm an Event Planner—I plan parties for a living, and trust me, I live to party.

Throughout my life, I've wrestled with obsessive overthinking, a trait I've come to understand as a response to trauma. Writing has become my salvation, helping me navigate the tumult of my thoughts and emotions. As an Enneagram Type 4, my therapist once told me, "What I feel is what I think." (Some people operate the other way around, but that's their journey.)

I've been on a healing journey for the past three years, and I've never been happier. My deepest desire is for others to find healing and embrace their true selves.
